WHILE TAXIING TO DEPART AIY ARPT ON JUL/SAT/04 AT ABOUT XA30; ANOTHER AIRPLANE (A WARRIOR) WAS COMING TOWARDS ME IN THE PARKING RAMP. WE BOTH MOVED TO OUR R TO ALLOW EACH OTHER TO PASS. WHILE I WAS LOOKING AT HIS AIRPLANE'S WINGTIP (OFF MY L WING); I FELT MY PLANE SKIP L -- AS IF IT RAN OVER A CHOCK OR SOMETHING. I THOUGHT I MIGHT HAVE COLLIDED WITH THE PLANE OFF MY L WING; BUT THAT WAS NOT THE CASE. SEEING THAT I DIDN'T HIT MY L WING; I THOUGHT NOTHING OF THE SKIPPING AND TOOK OFF TO FRG ARPT; NY. I LANDED (NO PROBS WHATSOEVER INFLT; EVEN MY POS AND STROBE LIGHTS WERE WORKING IN THE MIST) AND TIED THE PLANE DOWN. I LOOKED AT THE L WING AND SAW NOTHING. IT WAS NIGHTTIME. IT TURNS OUT THAT I HAD DAMAGED THE R WING'S LEADING EDGE; NEAR THE WINGTIP. THIS MUST HAVE HAPPENED DURING THE SKIPPING THAT I FELT; WITH THE R WING COLLIDING WITH THE FENCE OVER AT BADER FIELD. I DIDN'T EVEN SUSPECT THIS; AND NEITHER DID MY PAX. I FLEW THE SENECA BACK TO REPUBLIC ARPT NOT KNOWING I HAD DAMAGED THE PLANE. TO AVOID ANYTHING LIKE THIS FROM EVER HAPPENING AGAIN; I NOW KNOW TO STOP AND GET OUT OF THE PLANE TO LOOK OVER THE ENTIRE PLANE IF I SUSPECT OR FEEL ANYTHING THAT IS NOT NORM DURING TAXI.
