NO AIRSPD; IVSI OR ALTIMETER INDICATIONS AFTER TKOF. THE CREW RETURNED TO LAND. MAINT HAD FAILED TO CONNECT PITOT STATIC LINES FOLLOWING A REPAIR.
Narrative
IN SUM: ON THE FIRST FLT OF THE DAY; WE COMPLETED OUR PREFLT; COCKPIT CHKS AND TAXIED FOR TKOF: NO FLAGS; NO WARNINGS; AND NO WARNINGS ON THE RECALL PANEL. I WAS FO FLYING. ON THE TKOF ROLL ALL WAS NORMAL UNTIL THE AUTOTHROTTLES DISENGAGED. THE CAPT MISSED THE 80 KT CALL BECAUSE HE WAS CHKING THE AUTOTHROTTLES AND SETTING PWR. I WAS ALSO CHKING ENG INDICATIONS AND LOOKING OUTSIDE FLYING. WHEN HE CALLED V1 AND ROTATE WE WENT FLYING. AFTER ROTATING TO CLB ATTITUDE 15 DEGS; I CHKED THE IVSI FOR CLB. IT WAS NOT CLBING. I CHKED THE AIRSPD; NO AIRSPD. ABOUT THAT TIME TWR CALLED AND WANTED TO KNOW WHY WE WERE STILL AT 300 FT. I STATED THAT WE HAD PITOT PROB AND SWITCHED TO A XPONDER THAT WOULD GIVE THEM THE CURRENT ALT. STILL NO FLAGS OR WARNINGS OF ANY KIND EXCEPT AIRSPD; ALT; AND IVSI WERE NOT WORKING ON THE COPLT'S SIDE ONLY. ALL THE CAPT'S INSTS WERE WORKING NORMALLY. I GAVE THE ACFT TO THE CAPT AND CHKED THE QRH FOR NON NORMALS. THEN I REQUESTED A LEVELOFF AT 5000 FT AND A RETURN TO THE FIELD. THE APCH AND LNDG WERE NORMAL. WE TAXIED TO THE GATE AND CALLED MAINT. THEY CHKED THE EEC. 2 PITOT LINE QUICK DISCONNECTS WERE DISCONNECTED FROM AN OVERNIGHT BOX REMOVAL. MAINT OVERSIGHT AS WELL. THE 80 KT CALL WOULD HAVE PREVENTED US FROM TAKING OFF. WE WERE DISTR BY THE AUTOTHROTTLE DROPPING OFF AND XCHKING. THE TKOF ROLL HAPPENS FAST BUT I DON'T THINK I WILL MISS THAT ONE AGAIN. THE BIG FACTOR ALSO WAS EVEN THOUGH THE LINES WERE DISCONNECTED; WE HAD NO FLAGS OR WARNINGS ON THE RECALL PANEL OF ANY KIND. THEY NEED TO RESTORE THE AIRSPD ALIVE CALLOUT.
