PART WAS CHANGED WITH REF TO MAINT MANUAL. CADC FLAGS AND VALUES VERIFIED BY MAINT MANUAL. ACFT WAS DOWNGRADED AND TRACKING XFERRED TO LOG PAGE; DUE WORK ACCOMPLISHED BY NON-LWMP (LOWER WX MINIMUM PERFORMANCE; AUTOLAND QUALIFICATION) MECH. ACFT HAS QUICK DISCONNECTS INSTALLED AND LEAK CHK NOT REQUIRED PER MM. INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS PER GPM (GENERAL PROC MANUAL) POLICY NOT REQUIRED PER EXCLUSIONARY NOTE UNDER ATA ITEM 34 PAGE 4. VERBAL INFO TO ME IS THAT THE GPM REF USED IS BEING INTERPED BY OTHERS AS AN INCLUSION RATHER THAN EXCLUSION FOR ITEMS INVOLVEMENT WHEN OPENING A QUICK DISCONNECT CONFIGURED SYS. MY BACKGROUND OR HISTORY WITH THIS GPM PROCESS AND UNDERSTANDING FOR THE INTENT OF THE QUICK DISCONNECT STATEMENT WAS THAT IT WAS ADDED TO PROVIDE AN EXCLUSION TO REQUIRING AND LEAK CHK ON COMPONENTS WITH THE QUICK DISCONNECTS INSTALLED.
