A C560 INCURRED ON A RWY WITH THE TAXIING CAPT ON THE RADIO WHEN HOLD SHORT INSTRUCTIONS WERE GIVEN.

Narrative

I WAS THE PF (DESIGNATED FO) ON A CITATION 560 ULTRA. WE WERE LNDG ON RWY 34R AT SLC ARPT. I KEPT MY SPD UP AT VREF +20 KTS UNTIL SHORT FINAL; AS THERE WAS B737 TFC IN TRAIL. ON ROLLOUT; BOTH THE CAPT AND I OBSERVED THAT TXWY Q TO OUR R LOOKED BLOCKED DUE TO CONSTRUCTION; SO WE ROLLED PAST THAT TXWY. THE TWR CTLR ASKED US TO EXIT AT TXWY Q JUST AS WE ROLLED PAST IT. A FEW SECONDS LATER; THE CTLR ASKED US TO EXIT WITHOUT DELAY ON TXWY H TO THE REVERSE TXWY; WHICH WE DID (TXWY H7). WE WERE THEN INSTRUCTED TO TAXI S ON TXWY H TO TXWY H6 AND HOLD SHORT OF RWY 34R. THE TWR CTLR THEN CLRED US TO CROSS RWY 34R ONTO TXWY Q. THIS AREA HAD CONES AND XING GND/CONSTRUCTION VEHICLES. TO THE N OF IT WAS A FLAG MAN. THE CTLR DID NOT ASK US TO HOLD SHORT OF RWY 14 AND WE WERE GIVEN ANOTHER TWR FREQ TO MONITOR. AS WE WERE XING THE END OF RWY 14 ON TXWY Q; THE CAPT AND I BOTH OBSERVED A C210 TAXIING TO THE END OF RWY 32. THIS ACFT WAS JUST TO OUR R. AS WE ROLLED BACK ONTO TXWY Q HEADING E TOWARD RWY 35; WHICH IS CLOSED FOR REPAVING; THE CTLR TOLD US THAT WE WERE NOT TO CROSS RWY 14. MY CAPT WAS ON THE RADIO AND WAS NOT TOLD ANY HOLD SHORT INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOLDING SHORT OF RWY 14 AT TXWY Q; SO HE READ NO HOLD SHORT INSTRUCTIONS BACK; AND WE PROCEEDED ACROSS RWY 14; WHERE THIS C210 WAS ROLLING OUT AT TAXI SPDS ABOUT 200 YARDS TO OUR R. THE CTLR WAS ASKED IF WE SHOULD CALL HIM AND HE DIDN'T RESPOND. THE CAPT CALLED THE TWR AND THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD NOT BE FILING A RPT.
