Narrative
I WORKED ON ACFT Y AND X. STARTED WITH ACFT Y; AS IT NEEDED TO BE PUSHED OFF OF GATE FOR ADDITIONAL ROOM FOR OVERNIGHT ACFT. ACFT Y CONSISTED OF MAINT: LINE CHK TO R-HAND AND L-HAND ENGS; SVC OF THRUST REVERSERS AND INSPECTION OF A STUD DRILLED CRACK IN THE DIFFUSER SECTION. ACFT X OVERNIGHT MAINT: LINE CHK; L-HAND AND R-HAND ENG OIL STRAINERS. AFTER FINISHING MAINT ON ACFT Y AND RELOCATION TO REMOTE PARKING; I WORKED THE ENGS ON ACFT X. OIL STRAINERS WERE CHANGED FIRST; RAN BOTH ENGS WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF FELLOW MECH. AFTER LEAK CHKING OIL STRAINERS; SVCED R-HAND ENG WITH OIL AND HAD TECHNICIAN VERIFY SECURITY OF OIL CAP. PROCEEDED TO L ENG TO SVC WITH OIL. CLOSED COWLINGS AND ENTERED OIL AMOUNTS TO LOGBOOK. SIGNED OFF PAPERWORK IN OFFICE. AFTER MORNING FLT; THE L ENG OIL QUANTITY READ LOW. LOGBOOK WRITE-UP: 'L OIL QUANTITY LOW.' MECH AT DEST SIGNED OFF LOGBOOK WITH ENTRY: 'INSPECTED L ENG AND FOUND L ENG OIL CAP OPEN. SVCED L ENG AND INSTALLED L ENG OIL CAP SVC TO 16 QUARTS OIL CAP SECURED ON.'
