Narrative
I LANDED ON RWY 12 AND CLRED ONTO THE PARALLEL TXWY. I TAXIED SE; PAST THE TERMINAL IN ORDER TO LINE UP ON THE STATION AGENT THAT WAS TO PARK US. AS DIRECTED BY THE AGENT; I MADE THE R 180 DEG TURN AND PLACED THE ACFT ON THE LEAD-IN LINE AS DIRECTED. APPROX 10 SECONDS PRIOR TO THE ACFT'S INTENDED STOP; THE CAPT SUGGESTED THAT I REPOS THE ACFT SO AS TO PARK INTO THE WIND TO FACILITATE THE NEXT ENG START. I SAID THAT 'WE WERE COMMITTED' AND CONTINUED. WE WERE LESS THAN 40 FT FROM THE DESIGNATED STOPPING POS AND ON THE LINE UNDER THE AGENT'S GUIDANCE AND MY CTL. AGAIN; THE CAPT PROTESTED; AND I AGAIN INSISTED THAT 'WE WERE COMMITTED' AND WOULD PROCEED AS DIRECTED. INSIDE 20 FT FROM THE AGENT; THE CAPT TOOK THE CTLS; ANNOUNCING 'I HAVE THE CTLS.' THE CAPT THEN APPLIED R BRAKE; R RUDDER; AND ADDED L DIFFERENTIAL PWR TO MAKE A SHARP R 90 DEG TURN. THIS WAS CONTRARY TO THE AGENT'S DIRECTIONS. THE GEOMETRY OF THE ACFT IS SUCH THAT A ZERO RADIUS TURN PROJECTS THE WING; NACELLE; AND PROP ARC FORWARD. I COULDN'T SEE HOW CLOSE THE ACFT CAME TO THE AGENT; BUT THE AGENT LATER RPTED THAT THE ACFT WING PASSED OVER HER HEAD; WHICH IMPLIES THAT THEY WAS LESS THAN 15 FT FROM THE PROP ARC ON A RUNNING ENG ATTACHED TO AN ACFT THAT WAS NO LONGER UNDER HER CTL. AFTER COMPLETING THE R 90 DEG TURN; THE CAPT BEGAN A L 270 DEG TURN. THAT ENDED WITH THE ACFT FACING SE. THE AGENT REACTED QUICKLY AND AGAIN TRIED TO PARK THE ACFT. THE AGENT GAVE THE STOP SIGNAL BUT THE CAPT CHOSE TO ROLL FORWARD SEVERAL MORE FT IN ORDER TO 'STRAIGHTEN OUT THE NOSEWHEEL.
