ON TKOF; GEAR RETRACTED FOLLOWED BY SHUDDER FELT THROUGH ACFT FRAME AND CTL YOKE. SHORTLY FOLLOWED BY #1 YAW DAMPER KICKING OFF; CAUSING INVOLUNTARY RUDDER PEDAL MOVEMENT. THAT WAS FOLLOWED BY #1 REGULATOR FAILURE AND THE #1 HIGH PRESSURE BLEED FAILURE. COPLT WAS FLYING ACFT AT WHICH TIME DECLARED EMER AND TOOK OVER FLYING DUTIES. LANDED OVERWT ON RWY 31L. ROLLOUT UNEVENTFUL. TERMINATED EMER. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 644945: TKOF ON RWY 31L. NO CONFLICTING TFC TO SPEAK OF. JUST AFTER GEAR RETRACTION; I FELT A SHUDDER THROUGH THE CTL YOKE. THEN A FEW SECONDS LATER; THE #1 PRESSURE REGULATOR FAULTED AND THE #1 HP BLEED FAULTED. AT THIS TIME I LEVELED OFF AT 2000 FT; STILL IN VMC. THE CAPT DECIDED TO DECLARE AN EMER WITH TWR AND WE MADE A L DOWNWIND TURN BACK TO RWY 31L. THE CAPT TOOK OVER THE CTLS ON MIDFIELD DOWNWIND AND MADE THE UNEVENTFUL LNDG. WE WERE AT 313000 GROSS WT AND THE SINK RATE WAS 10 FT PER MIN. CFR WAS CALLED BUT WAS NOT NEEDED. WE TERMINATED THE EMER AS WE DEPARTED THE RWY. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR ACN 644939 REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE RPTR STATED THE MAINT ACTION TAKEN AND ANY PARTS THAT WERE REPLACED IS UNKNOWN AS MAINT HAS RELEASED NO INFO. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR ACN 644945 REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE RPTR STATED THE MAINT FINDINGS WERE UNKNOWN AS MAINT HAS RELEASED NO DATA ON THE FIX.
