LNK HAS A PROB WITH ACFT LNDG TXWY A. THERE HAVE BEEN CHANGES WITH OUR PROCS TO AVOID THIS PROB. SO FAR; NOTHING WORKS. THE PA28 WAS CLRED TO LAND RWY 35 AND TOLD NOT TO LAND ON PARALLEL TXWY A. THIS WAS READ BACK BY THE PLT AND HE STILL LANDED TXWY A. TO AVOID THIS; OUR PARALLEL RWYS HAVE BEEN CHANGED FROM RWY 35L/R TO RWY 36 AND RWY 35. CHANGING RWY NAMES DID NOT WORK. WE INCLUDE IN OUR ATIS 'DO NOT MISTAKE PARALLEL TXWY A FOR RWY 35' AND UPON EACH LNDG ACFT; WE ADD THIS PHRASEOLOGY IN THE LNDG CLRNC. THIS STILL DIDN'T WORK. NOW WE HAVE ODELS UP AND RUNNING FOR RWY 35 AND AFTER TODAY; THIS ISN'T HELPING EITHER. LINCOLN HAS PARALLEL RWYS. THE TROUBLE IS TXWY A ALONG RWY 35 IS WIDE AND IS CONFUSED AS THE PARALLELS EVEN WITH A HUGE YELLOW 'A' ON IT. THE SOLUTION IS SO SIMPLE; BUT WHO AM I TO SAY. THIS NEVER HAPPENS LNDG RWY 17 BECAUSE THE TXWY IS THINNER THAN THE RWY AND LOOKS LIKE A TXWY. I'M JUST THANKFUL NO ONE WAS TAXIING OUT ON TXWY A TO THE RWY. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 647556: WHILE ON FINAL FOR LNDG RWY 35 AT APPROX 50 FT AGL; I GLANCED INSIDE THE COCKPIT TO CONFIRM MY BEFORE LNDG CHK. I NOTICED THAT MY L LNDG GEAR DOWN LIGHT WAS NOT ILLUMINATED. PRIOR TO FINAL; ALL 3 HAD BEEN ILLUMINATED. WHEN I LOOKED BACK UP; I SAW THE RWY (35) AND LANDED. THE MOMENT I LANDED; I KNEW THAT I HAD LANDED ON THE PARALLEL TXWY. THE TXWY WAS CLR; BUT A MIL JET WAS GETTING READY TO TAXI ONTO IT. THE WINDS WERE 280 DEGS AT 15 KTS. I HAD JUST PICKED UP THE ACFT FROM MAINT WHERE IT HAD BEEN FOR 3 MONTHS. THE LNDG GEAR DID NOT COLLAPSE AND THE LIGHT CAME ON. I TAXIED TO THE HANGAR. I BELIEVE THE FACTOR OF FIXATION ON MY PART. I SHOULD HAVE IMMEDIATELY DONE A GAR. I DID NOT NOTICE THAT THE WIND HAD BLOWN ME OVER THE TXWY.
