A FRACTIONAL ACR BE400 CAPT FLEW PART 135 WITH A NON CURRENT INST PLT BECAUSE THE ACR DID NOT ADVISE OF THE FO'S STATUS.

Narrative

I WAS ASKED BY AN ASSISTANT PROGRAM MGR OF MY FLEET; IF I WOULD MIND FLYING WITH A PLT WHO HAD BEEN OUT ON MEDICAL LEAVE. THE PLT WAS RETURNING TO THE LINE TO FLY AS A SIC. OUR COMPANY IS A PART 135 ON DEMAND OP. HOWEVER; WE ARE TOLD OUR RE-POS LEGS ARE PART 91 AND THAT WE CHOOSE TO FLY THEM TO PART 135 REQUIREMENTS. THE SIC HAD NOT DONE ANY TKOFS AND LNDGS WITHIN 6 MONTHS; SO I WAS REQUIRED TO FLY THE PAX LEGS. THE FIRST LEG WAS EMPTY AND THE SIC FLEW THAT. THE NEXT LEG HAD A PAX; SO I FLEW THAT LEG. THE THIRD LEG WAS TO AN ARPT WITH A FAIRLY SHORT RWY; SO I ALSO FLEW THAT LEG. AFTER TALKING INFLT ABOUT CURRENCY. I QUERIED THE COMPANY ABOUT MY SIC BEING OUT OF INST CURRENCY. I WAS TOLD (AFTER THE COMPANY DOUBLECHKED) THAT MY NEXT PAX LEG WOULD BE FLOWN PART 91! AFTER OUR ARR AT SUS; I REFUSED TO FLY ANYMORE! I AM STARTING TO REALIZE THAT A PLT AT MY FRACTIONAL CANNOT TAKE ANYTHING FOR GRANTED -- YOU MUST DOUBLECHK EVERYONE'S WORK. I FEEL I CANNOT TRUST ANYONE -- BECAUSE THE PLTS ARE THE ONLY ONES WHO ARE HELD RESPONSIBLE AND HAVE ANYTHING TO LOSE. I AM RPTING THE FACT THAT I FLEW 3 LEGS WITH A NON INST CURRENT PLT IN PART 135 OPS.
