NO ALTERNATE LISTED. WINDS 160 DEGS AT 25 KTS GUSTING TO 35 KTS. ARR FUEL OF 6500 LBS. SNOW SHOWERS OBSCURING MOUNTAINS S AND W. I ASKED ABOUT AN ALTERNATE; OR EXTRA FUEL; AND THE CAPT SAID THIS WAS A WT RESTR FLT. ON OUR WAY; THE FUEL BURN WAS SLIGHTLY OVER SCHEDULE. PULLED UP THE LATEST WX FOR ZZZ1 AND IT HAD CONTINUED TO DETERIORATE; WITH WINDS ABOUT THE SAME; BUT MORE OUT OF THE SW; WITH RAIN. CAPT ASKED; WHAT WOULD I DO. I TOLD HIM AGAIN THE WX IN ZZZ1 AND PULLED UP THE ZZZ2 WX; AND SAID THAT IF HE WAS GOING TO TRY ZZZ1; WE WOULD BE PRETTY WELL COMMITTED; CONSIDERING THE FUEL ON BOARD; NOW ABOUT 7000 LBS AT TOP OF DSCNT. HE SAID HE'D TRY IT. TALKED TO APCH; AND THEY SAID EVERYBODY WAS MAKING IT IN; MODERATE TURB ON FINAL FOR RWY 16R; AND MODERATE TO SEVERE S OF THE FIELD. I TOLD THE CAPT WHAT I KNEW ABOUT FLYING IN THE AREA; INCLUDING THE FACT THAT STRONG WINDS OUT OF THE SW COMING OVER THE HILTON SOMETIMES INDUCED A WINDSHEAR ANNUNCIATION; USUALLY LASTED ABOUT 2 SQUAWKS; AND THEN QUIT; CAUSED BY THE MECHANICAL WINDSHEAR. WE WERE AT 6000 LBS OF FUEL AT THIS TIME. THE CAPT SAID OK. AT 1000 FT AGL; FIELD IN SIGHT; WE GOT THE WINDSHEAR ANNUNCIATION. THE CAPT PUSHED UP THE PWR LEVERS AND SAID GO AROUND; AND WE DID THE GAR INTO THE RPTED MODERATE TO SEVERE TURB. WHEN ASKED TO STATE HIS INTENTIONS BY ATC; THE CAPT SAID DECLARE AN EMER; AND TELL THEM WE'RE GOING TO ZZZ3. I DID THIS. ATC SAID ZZZ3'S CLOSED; STATE YOUR INTENTIONS. WE NOW HAD 5500 LBS OF FUEL ON BOARD. HE SAID DECLARE AN EMER; WE'RE GOING TO ZZZ2. I DID; AND WE DID. AT TOP OF DSCNT; WINDS IN ZZZ2 ARE 210 DEGS AT 20 KTS GUSTING TO 25 KTS. THE CAPT STARTS TALKING ABOUT DOING A SINGLE ENG GAR IF NECESSARY IN ZZZ2 TO SAVE FUEL. AT THIS POINT I'D HAD ENOUGH; AND TOLD HIM WE WERE NOT GOING TO DO A SINGLE ENG GAR; OR ANY OTHER KIND OF GAR; THE FIELD WAS VFR; AND WE WERE GOING TO LAND. HE DID. WE REFUELED; AND I FLEW THE ACFT BACK TO ZZZ1. THE CAPT ASKED THE NEXT DAY WHAT HE SHOULD HAVE DONE DIFFERENTLY; AND I TOLD HIM I WAS NOT QUALIFIED TO MAKE THAT ASSESSMENT; AND THAT HE SHOULD FIND A CHK AIRMAN HE FELT COMFORTABLE WITH; AND ASK HIM. OH; AND LNDG FUEL IN ZZZ2 WAS 2900 LBS.
