Narrative
EVERYTHING WAS SMOOTH ON THE APCH; THE SPD; RPM ALL WERE FINE. ONCE ABEAM THE NUMBERS; I LEVELED OFF AND STARTED TO FLARE. I WAS WAITING FOR THE PLANE TO GRADUALLY TOUCH DOWN ON THE RWY. BUT IT GOT BUMPED A LITTLE BIT; WITHOUT ME HEARING ANY STALL HORN. I IMMEDIATELY GAVE IT FULL PWR I MAINTAINED ITS BALANCE BUT IT BOUNCED AGAIN. WHEN IT BOUNCED THIRD TIME AGAIN; I COULDN'T FIGURE OUT THE PROB CUZ ALL THE ENG INSTS WERE FINE. I IMMEDIATELY RAISED THE FLAPS AND HEADED BACK TO CASTLE. WHEN ON MY WAY BACK; I REALIZED THAT EVEN AT FULL THROTTLE; THE PLANE IS NOT CLBING ENOUGH. I HAD TO COME BACK AT 4500 FT; BUT I COULD ONLY MANAGE 2500 FT. REST WAS ALL FINE; NO NOISES COMING OUT OF THE ENG. WHEN I FINALLY TOUCHED DOWN IN CASTLE; I REALIZED THAT RUDDERS WERE NOT EFFECTIVE. WHEN I ARRIVED ON RAMP; THE FIRST THING I DID WAS LOOK FOR THE TIRES. THEY WERE OBVIOUSLY WORN OUT BUT A BROKEN PROP WAS BEYOND MY IMAGINATION. I'M SURE IF I KNEW IT; OR IF THERE WOULD BE ANY CLEAR SIGN OF DAMAGE; I WOULD HAVE MADE A FULL STOP AT CHANDLER.
