Narrative
THE CAPT WAS FLYING AND I WAS PERFORMING PNF DUTIES. AT APPROX THE OUTER MARKER WHILE RUNNING THE LNDG CHKLIST; WE RECEIVED THE 'PITOT 3 INOP' EICAS MESSAGE. THE MESSAGE WENT AWAY AND CAME BACK AT ABOUT 500 FT. DURING THIS TIME WE NOTICED A HOT OR BURNING SMELL. AFTER THE NOSEWHEEL TOUCHED DOWN; THE FLT ATTENDANT NOTIFIED US OF SMOKE IN THE CABIN. WE EXITED THE RWY; NOTIFIED THE TWR WE NEEDED TO EVACUATE AND PROCEEDED TO EVACUATE. THE EVACUATION WAS COMPLETED IN APPROX 90 SECONDS WITH NO INJURIES TO THE CREW OR PAX.CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE RPTR STATED THE AIRPLANE WAS AN EMBRAER 145 AND ON APCH; THE CREW OBSERVED THE 'PITOT 3 INOP' EICAS MESSAGE AT THE OUTER MARKER AND AGAIN AT 500 FT. THE RPTR DID NOTE A HOT OR BURNING SMELL BUT NO SMOKE. ON LNDG; THE CABIN ATTENDANT THEN RPTED SMOKE IN THE CABIN. AFTER CLEARING THE RWY; THE CREW STOPPED THE AIRPLANE; DECLARED AN EMER AND BEGAN EMER EVACUATION OF THE PAX. THE RPTR; FO; EXITED THE COCKPIT AND LOOKING AFT INTO THE CABIN COULD ONLY SEE HALF WAY DOWN THE CABIN DUE TO SMOKE. THE RPTR'S DUTY DURING THE EVACUATION WAS TO ASSIST THE PAX OUT AND AWAY FROM THE ACFT. FIRE CREW AND MAINT REMOVED THE COCKPIT TOP R SIDEWALL COVERING AT THE COCKPIT BULKHEAD AND FOUND BURNED AND SCORCHED WIRING.
