FL370 PITOT 3 INOP EICAS MSG. PITOT 3 INOP ABNORMAL PROC APPLIED; MSG REMAINED. ELECTRICAL SMELL NOTICED AFTER PROC. PITOT 3 DE-SELECTED. SLIGHT HAZE NOTED IN COCKPIT. CALLED FLT ATTENDANT. SHE STATED ELECTRICAL SMELL IN CABIN WITH NO VISIBLE SMOKE OR HAZE. ELECTRICAL SMELL INCREASED. NOTIFIED ATC OF EVENT. CLRED TO FL120. DURING DSCNT PERFORMED 'ELECTRICAL SYSTEM FIRE OR SMOKE' PROC WITH KNOWN SOURCE. PURSUANT TO FAR 121.557 AND FAR 121.559 EMER DECLARED DURING DSCNT. LANDING UNEVENTFUL. FLT ATTENDANT STATED HAZE OR SMOKE NOW VISIBLE IN CABIN DURING ROLLOUT. STOPPED ON TXWY WITH EQUIPMENT STANDING BY. FIREMEN STATED NO VISIBLE SMOKE ON EXTERIOR OF ACFT AND NO FIRE DETECTED WITH THERMAL IMAGING SENSOR. SHUT DOWN ENGINES SMOKE DECREASED. PAX DEPLANED WITH STAIRS AND BUSSED TO TERMINAL. VERY CALM AND ORDERLY. PAX WERE KEPT INFORMED FROM DSCNT UP TO BUS ARRIVAL AT ACFT. LOGBOOK WRITE UPS WITH PRIOR PITOT 3 INOP IN LOGBOOK PRIOR TO MY FLT. CREW CONTINUED ON WITH NEW ACFT. ALL ORIGINAL PAX ABOARD.
