B737 CREW TURNS THE WRONG WAY ON DEP FROM RWY 36L AT CLT.

Narrative

DURING DEP FROM CLT ORIGINALLY ASSIGNED RWY 36R. DURING TAXI RWY 36L WAS ASSIGNED WHILE READING DEP; READ 30 DEG HDG INSTEAD OF 330 DEG HDG. THE FOLDED DEP CHART WAS CREASED IN THE FIRST DIGIT. OBSERVED ACFT TO OUR R AND WAS ASSIGNED BY DEP 270 DEG HDG. OTHER ACFT WAS IN SIGHT; NEVER RECEIVED TA/RA ALERT. CHARLOTTE GND PROCS ARE DISJOINTED AND CONFUSING. THERE IS A VERY CASUAL WHATEVER FEEL DOWN THERE UNLESS THEY OR YOU MAKE AN ERROR. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 711833: ACFT #1 DEPARTED RWY 36L AND PER THE SID WAS SUPPOSED TO TURN L HDG 330 DEGS BUT TURNED R TO A HDG OF 030 DEGS. ACFT #1 WAS IN IMMEDIATE CONFLICT WITH ACFT #2 WHO WAS SIMULTANEOUSLY DEPARTING RWY 36R ON A SID HDG OF 025 DEGS. WHILE WORKING ACFT #2 ON RADAR DEP I OBSERVED THE ACFT NOT TURNING L. THE PLT THEN CHKED IN AND RPTED TURNING R TO A HDG OF 030 DEGS. I TURNED ACFT #1 IMMEDIATELY TO A L TURN OF 270 DEGS TO PROVIDE SEPARATION FROM ACFT #2. AFTER TALKING WITH THE PLT; THEY READ 030 DEGS INSTEAD OF 330 DEGS WHILE DOING PREDEP BRIEFING.
