FO FLYING KENNEDY 9 DEP; BREEZY POINT CLB WITH NAV; AUTOPLT ON USING COMPANY DEP PLATE. NOTICED FMS DATABASE ONLY BUILT DEP TO CANARSIE VOR. NEXT POINT SHOULD HAVE BEEN RNGRR INTXN. HOWEVER; IT WAS NOT ON COMMERCIAL CHART WORD TEXT CHART PAGE. NOTICED THIS LATER BY COMPARING COMMERCIAL CHART X TO COMMERCIAL CHART Y SIDS. FO WAITED FOR POSITIVE SWING OF CANARSIE NEEDLE BEFORE MANUALLY INTERCEPTING CANARSIE 223 DEG RADIAL OUTBOUND TO ENSURE STATION PASSAGE. WITH SOUTHERN WIND THIS CAUSED US TO BE RIGHT OF COURSE ONCE EVERYTHING SETTLED DOWN. ATC TOLD US TO COME L TO HDG 180 DEGS. NOTICED WE WERE ABOUT 1.8 MI R OF RADIAL AND 2 MI OUTBOUND FROM CANARSIE VOR. ON FREQ HDOF FROM DEP CTL TO ZNY I WAS GIVEN A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL ON ARR. IMMEDIATELY CALLED ON ARR; TALKED WITH A SUPVR. I ALSO FILED A SAFETY RPT. THE SUPVR EMPHASIZED THE IMPORTANCE OF ADHERENCE TO CSI 223 DEG RADIAL TO AVOID LGA INBOUNDS; NO SEPARATION LOST. I TOLD HIM I WOULD DO A COMPANY SAFETY RPT TO MAKE OTHERS AWARE OF THIS POTENTIAL PROB. A COMPANY COMMERCIAL CHART CHANGE ALSO SUBMITTED TO RECOMMEND INCLUDING THE INTXN IN WORD TEXT AS THE OTHER COMMERCIAL CHART PLATE HAS. DOING THIS AND REMAINING IN NAV WITH AUTOPLT ON INSTEAD OF MANUALLY TRYING TO INTERCEPT A RADIAL OUTBOUND SHOULD PREVENT FUTURE PROBS.
