Narrative
AFTER PUSHBACK AND BEFORE TAXI; WITH THE PUSH CREW ALREADY RELEASED; WE RECEIVED OUR FINAL WTS. THE FINAL WTS MESSAGE NOTIFIED US THAT WE HAD DANGEROUS GOODS ON BOARD. THIS WAS OUR ONLY INDICATION AS SUCH; AS WE HAD NOT BEEN GIVEN A DANGEROUS GOODS FORM. WE CALLED ZZZ OPS AND INQUIRED. WE WERE TOLD THAT THE RAMP PERSONNEL HAD PUT ON A LIFE VEST IN PIT 5 BUT HAD NOT FORWARDED THE FORM. THE OPS AGENT STATED THAT SHE HAD THE REQUIRED INFO AND SAID SHE WOULD RELAY IT VERBALLY. THE CAPT REVIEWED THE INFO AND DETERMINED THAT SINCE THE FINAL DEST OF THE LIFE VEST WAS ZZZ1 AND WE HAD ALL THE INFO; WE WERE OK TO DEPART. I AGREED. AFTER TKOF AND OUT OF STERILE COCKPIT; WE DISCUSSED WHAT HAD TRANSPIRED. EVEN THOUGH WE HAD ALL THE INFO THAT WAS ON THE DANGEROUS GOODS FORM; WE HAD DOUBTS AS TO WHETHER WE SHOULD'VE GONE BACK TO THE GATE FOR THE FORM. WE COULDN'T THINK OF ONE THING THAT WOULD'VE BENEFITED US BY RETURNING TO THE GATE. HOWEVER; WE WEREN'T SURE SINCE WE COULD FIND NO GUIDANCE FROM THE FOM ON THIS PARTICULAR CIRCUMSTANCE. I WILL NOTE THAT THIS IS THE 2ND TIME FOR ME IN A MATTER OF WKS THAT DANGEROUS GOODS HAVE BEEN BOARDED AND THE REQUIRED PAPERWORK WAS NOT BROUGHT TO THE COCKPIT.
