GROSS TKOF WT - 121.0 LBS. PLANNING A FLAPS 1 DEG BLEED OFF TKOF FROM RWY 34R FULL LENGTH. V1=145; VR=146; V2=153. ENTERING THE RWY; FO SELECTED THE R BLEED OFF; COMMENTED THE DUCT PRESSURE WAS SLOW TO DROP TO 10 PSI. AT 40% N1; R DUCT PRESSURE = 40 PSI; L DUCT PRESSURE = 10 PSI. AT 80 KTS; GLANCED UP; R DUCT PRESSURE INDICATED 45 PSI. SCAN BACK TO RWY AND THE AIRSPD IS STUCK AT 88 KTS WITH A FLAG. DECISION TO REJECT. IMMEDIATELY OVERRODE AUTOBRAKES TO AVOID CONTINUED USE OF REJECTED TKOF WITH AT LEAST 8000 FT REMAINING. FO NOTED AIRSPD AT AROUND 100 KTS; ADVISED ATC OF ABORT AND PAX AND FLT ATTENDANTS TO REMAIN SEATED. ACFT CLRED RWY 34R AT 'INTXN WE' WITH LITTLE BRAKING. CAPT REQUESTED THE FIRE TRUCK TO VIEW BRAKES FOR POTENTIAL FIRE. REVIEWED FLT MANUAL FOR COOLING TIMES. DETERMINED 68 MINS TO COOL. ADVISED DEN MAINT. AFTER INSPECTION; DEN MAINT CLRED THE ACFT TO TAXI BACK TO THE GATE. SUBSTITUTED EQUIP AND THE CREW CONTINUED TO DEST. A COMBINATION OF UNRELATED SYS FAILING CONCURRENTLY COMBINED WITH A CONCERN THAT FULL BLEEDS OFF TKOF PWR WAS IN QUESTION LED TO THE DECISION TO ABORT THE TKOF IN THE LOW END OF THE HIGH SPD REGIME.
