MD11 EXPERIENCES TRACK DEV ON SOLDO RNAV SID FROM DFW.

Narrative

RWY 17C SOLDO DEP FROM DALLAS. ON TKOF; USING NAV MODE; ACFT IMMEDIATELY TURNED L AND TURNED TOWARDS SOLDO; VICE GOING STRAIGHT AHEAD TO TREXX. CAPT DISCONNECTED AUTOPLT AND FLEW STRAIGHT AHEAD. I HAD TO LOWER MY SEAT AND GET MY NAV PLATES; WHICH ARE IN PLASTIC SLEEVES; THAT SLIDE OFF THE BOOK BAG EVERY TIME WE ROTATE. WHEN I GOT MY PLATES; WE GOT AN ANTI-ICE DISAGREEMENT MASTER CAUTION LIGHT. I WAS PUTTING IN THE WAYPOINT WHICH WE NEEDED AND THE CAPT WAS NAVING TO THE CORRECT WAYPOINT AND THEN WE GOT A STALL SHAKER FOR ABOUT 3 SECONDS. SPD WAS 30 KTS ABOVE FLAP RETRACT SPD SO THIS SHOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED. I BELIEVE WE WENT THROUGH THE COURSE AND DEP TOLD US TO TURN TO A HDG. A LOT OF THINGS AT ONCE; BUT CRUX OF PROB WAS NOT LETTING DEP KNOW WE HAD A NAV PROB RIGHT AWAY. THE OTHER ITEMS WERE DISTRS BUT NOT THE DIRECT CAUSE. WAS TOLD TO CONTACT DFW UPON LNDG. WE DID AND WERE INFORMED OF A COURSE DEV THAT PUT US WITHIN 700 FT AND 2.3 MI OF ANOTHER ACFT THAT WAS ALSO DEPARTING THE DALLAS AREA.
