Narrative

TOOK OFF FOR ZZZ1 WITH WX AT ZZZ1; BUT PLENTY OF ALTERNATE FUEL AND DUAL ALTERNATES. ARRIVED AT ZZZ1 WITH MAJOR STORM OVER THE FIELD; BUT ACFT LNDG SO WE WENT IN SEQUENCE. ACFT AHEAD OF US WENT AROUND FOR HVY TURB ON FINAL AND VISIBILITY. RWY X INSTEAD OF RWY Y DUE TO RWY Y BEING CLOSED. HIGHER APCH MINIMUMS ALSO ON RWY X DUE TO LIGHTING OUT. DISPATCH CHANGED ALTERNATE TO ZZZ2 DUE TO ZZZ3 BEING UNUSABLE DUE TO FRONT PASSAGE. FLT CLR OF WX WAS SMOOTH AND 20+ VISIBILITY. FIRST APCH WENT AROUND FOR HVY TURB BUT RWY IN SIGHT. TOOK VECTORS FOR NEXT APCH WAITING FOR WX TO CLR RWY. NEXT APCH TURB WAS PRESENT; BUT REDUCED BUT COULD NOT SEE RWY DUE TO LOWER VISIBILITY AND HIGH MINIMUMS. DIVERTED TO ZZZ2 WITH GREATER THAN DIVERT FUEL. ON CRUISE TO ZZZ2; DISPATCH TOLD US LAST 3 ACFT AT ZZZ2 WENT MISSED DUE TO WINDSHEARS ON FINAL. DISPATCH SEARCHED FOR A SUITABLE ALTERNATE AND GAVE US ZZZ4. WE DECLARED AN EMER AND CLBED AND WERE GIVEN PRIORITY TO ZZZ4 AND SHUT DOWN AT THE GATE WITH 3230 LBS OF FUEL. I DO NOT HAVE A SUGGESTION TO FIX THIS.
