Narrative
DURING ROLLOUT AFTER LNDG; AT TAXI SPD L GEAR COLLAPSED THEN R GEAR AND NOSEWHEEL. GEAR HANDLE IN DOWN AND LOCKED POS. GEAR LIGHT GREEN AND ALL CHKLISTS COMPLETED. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: DURING THE APCH AND LNDG THE LNDG GEAR LEVER WAS IN THE DOWN AND LOCK POS AND THE LNDG GEAR POS INDICATION WAS A SINGLE GREEN LIGHT ILLUMINATED INDICATING DOWN AND LOCKED. THE AIRPLANE WAS AT TAXI SPD AT END OF ROLLOUT AND JUST ABOUT READY TO TURN ONTO A TXWY WHEN THE L MAIN LNDG GEAR COLLAPSED FOLLOWED BY THE R MAIN LNDG GEAR AND NOSE LNDG GEAR. BEFORE EXITING THE AIRPLANE THE LNDG GEAR LEVER WAS OBSERVED STILL IN THE DOWN AND LOCKED POS. THE FAA HAS INVESTIGATED AND DID NOT APPEAR AT ALL CONCERNED ABOUT THE FAILURE MODE AND CLASSIFIED THE OCCURRENCE AS AN INCIDENT. DAMAGE WAS INCURRED TO BOTH ENGS AND PROPS AND SOME MINOR BELLY SKIN SCRAPES. THE AIRPLANE HAS NOT BEEN JACKED TO DETERMINE THE CAUSE OF THE GEAR FAILURE AND EVERYONE IS WAITING FOR THE INSURANCE COMPANY ACTION.
