Narrative
I WAS WORKING YYY SECTOR WITHOUT A D-SIDE WHEN ZZZ SECTOR CALLED ME WITH ACR X AN E145/L EXPERIENCING PRESSURIZATION PROBS. HE WAS AT FL240 AND NEEDED LOWER. I APPROVED FL220. BEFORE I WAS IN COM WITH ACR X; ZZZ RADAR CTLR CALLED AND SAID ACR X WOULD NEED LOWER. I COORDINATED WITH XXX AND WWW SECTORS FOR ACR X DSNDING TO 170. WHEN I TALKED TO ACR X I CLRED HIM TO 170 FOR TFC; HE ADVISED THAT HE WOULD HAVE TO DECLARE AN EMER IF I WAS UNABLE LOWER THAN 170. AT THAT POINT I DECLARED HIM AN EMER; REISSUED 170 AND TOLD HIM TO ADVISE WHAT ALT HE WOULD BE DSNDING TO. I THEN ASKED FOR A D-SIDE AND IMMEDIATELY RECEIVED ONE; AND I ADVISED MY SUPVR OF THE EMER. I THEN COORDINATED CTL FOR TURNS WITH WWW SECTOR OF ACR Y WHO WAS TFC FOR THE EMER AND ADVISED WWW SECTOR THAT ACR X WAS AN EMER AND WOULD BE DSNDING TO 100. I CALLED TFC TO ACR X FOR THE 160 TFC AND ALSO ACR Z A DEP CLBING TO 130 BEING WORKED BY WWW. ACR X DSNDED TO 090 AND WAS SWITCHED TO APCH AFTER HE CLRED TFC. AFTER RECEIVING CTL FOR TURNS OF ACR Y FROM WWW SECTOR I TURNED ACR Y TO A 270 DEG HDG AND ALSO A 250 DEG HDG TO KEEP HIM CLR OF ACR X.
