AA5 PLT LNDG LVK REPORTED UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR BY ATC.

Narrative

THE LVK TWR OPERATOR DELIVERED A STREAM OF BELLIGERENT; AGGRESSIVE; AND WHOLLY UNPROFESSIONAL REMARKS TO ME FROM MY INITIAL CALL UP OUTSIDE OF D UNTIL PARKING. INITIAL CALL-UP WAS 4.7 NM DUE S OF THE ARPT; OUTSIDE OF CLASS D. I WAS RECEIVING FLT FOLLOWING FROM NORCAL AND HAD RPTED LVK IN SIGHT AT 8.5 NM OUT. NORCAL WAS SLOW TO HDOF. THE LVK CTLR ACCUSED ME OF VIOLATING HIS AIRSPACE; THEN WAS UNABLE TO LOCATE ME S OF THE ARPT. I HAVE A HABIT OF MISPRONOUNCING MY CALL SIGN FOR BREVITY -- ACFT X; I SAY 'OH' INSTEAD 'ZERO' FOR ONE OF THE DIGITS. THE CTLR CORRECTED MANY XMISSIONS I MADE; ALSO BERATING ME FOR USING THE FULL CALL SIGN INSTEAD OF JUST THE LAST 3 DIGITS. I WAS RATTLED AND CONFIRMED WHICH PARALLEL RWY I WAS CLRED TO LAND ON; WHICH RELEASED ANOTHER ONSLAUGHT OF AGGRESSIVE CALL SIGN CORRECTIONS. THEY CONTINUED THROUGHOUT THE TAXI PHASE UNTIL I ARRIVED AT TRANSIENT PARKING. I AM AN EXPERIENCED PLT AND AM CONVINCED THAT THE GROSSLY INAPPROPRIATE REMARKS WOULD HAVE DISTURBED AND DISTR A BEGINNER PLT TO THE POINT AN ACCIDENT OR INCURSION WOULD HAVE HAPPENED.
