Narrative
FLT LEFT OVER 1 HR LATE DUE TO LATE ARR. AIRPLANE HAD MULTIPLE PROBS; APU BLEED INOP; NO B AUTOPLT; AND AUTOSPD BRAKES INOP. DEP NORMAL; BUT WHILE BEING VECTORED TO FINAL; TRIED TO LOWER FLAPS AND NOTHING HAPPENED. FLAP INDICATOR SHOWED SPLIT ASYMMETRY WITH L INDICATOR NEGATIVE AND THE R SHOWED ZERO. INFORMED ZZZ APCH OF PROB AND THEY VECTORED US IN A BOX PATTERN AT 7000 FT TO WORK PROB. CAPT RAN CHKLIST AND TALKED WITH MAINT WHILE I FLEW AND TALKED TO ATC. MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS TO RESET SYS WERE UNSUCCESSFUL SO PREPARED FOR A NO FLAP LNDG. CAPT INFORMED CABIN AND TOLD TO DO A CABIN PREPARATION. USED ALT FLAPS TO GET LEADING EDGE DEVICES AND PLANNED FINAL AIRSPD OF 173 KTS. ASKED ZZZ FOR RWY XX FOR FULL LENGTH DUE TO HIGH SPD AND SPD BRAKE PROB; EVEN THOUGH GS WAS OUT. ASKED ZZZ TO HAVE EQUIP STANDING BY. FLEW VISUAL APCH AND LNDG WITHOUT INCIDENT AND TERMINATED EMER ONCE CLR OF RWY. ONLY PROB WAS ZZZ DID NOT GIVE US ENOUGH SPACING WITH OTHER TFC. TWR WAS TRYING TO PUSH A FLT OFF THE RWY TO GIVE US ROOM THEN GAVE TKOF CLRNC TO ANOTHER FLT RIGHT IN FRONT OF US ON SHORT FINAL; (INTERSECTING RWY). ALMOST HAD TO GO AROUND AS THE ACFT CROSSED OUR RWY WHEN WE WERE AT 200 FT. ALSO; MISSED STEP IN CHKLIST TO INHIBIT FLAP WARNING IN COCKPIT WHICH ADDED TO DISTR. GOOD JOB FOR ZZZ APCH WITH THE HELP; BAD JOB ON ZZZ TWR TO COMPLICATE EMER. CREW EXPERIENCE IN ZZZ AND FLT TIME IN PLANES HELPED US KEEP FOCUS.
