EMB145 FLT CREW USES WRONG ACFT WEIGHT TO CALCULATE V SPEEDS AND CAPT REJECTS AT V1 WHEN ACFT WILL NOT ROTATE.

Narrative

UPON COMPLETION OF DEICING; TAXI TO RWY AND SPENT APPROX 8 MINS BEFORE CLRED TO TAKE OFF. ACFT ACCELERATION WAS NORMAL. UPON REACHING VR CTL COLUMN REQUIRED ALMOST FULL TRAVEL BACK WITHOUT NOSE ROTATING. RETURNED TO GATE. CONTACTED MAINT. UPON REACHING THE VR THE CTL COLUMN WAS PULLED BACK TO START ACFT ROTATION. THE FORCES REQUIRED TO MOVE THE COLUMN FELT UNUSUALLY HVY (POSSIBLY DUE TO THE APPLICATION OF TYPE 4 DEICING FLUID) AND AT FULL BACK TRAVEL THE NOSEWHEEL DID NOT BREAK GND. THE TKOF WAS REJECTED AND ACFT TAXIED OFF OF THE RWY. AFTER FURTHER DISCUSSION AND REFLECTION; THE REASON FOR THE NON-ROTATION WAS POSSIBLY DUE TO THE INCORRECT CALCULATION AND USE OF THE WRONG TKOF SPDS. ACTUAL TKOF WT WAS CALCULATED AT 47100 LBS WITH A VR OF 133 KIAS. THE FLT CREW BELIEVES THAT THE TKOF WT AND V-SPDS USED WERE 41700 LBS; RESULTING IN A VR OF 123 KIAS. BEING MORE VIGILANT IN CALCULATING ACFT TKOF SPDS. ALSO; AS THE CAPT; JUST BEING COGNIZANT OF THE FACT THAT 123 KIAS AS A ROTATION SPD FOR AN ACFT WT OF 47100 LBS MAY NOT SOUND CORRECT.
