Narrative
I WAS WORKING R-57 (ST JOHNS); AND THE MIL WAS IN THEIR SECOND DAY OF A SCHEDULED 2 WK EXERCISE WITH A CARRIER OFFSHORE OF JACKSONVILLE. THE PINE-LO ALTREV WAS HOT FL190-FL210; WITH THE PALATKA MOA'S HOT TO FL240. MCO WAS ON A N OP; SO SEVERAL OF THE MCO DEPS WERE ABLE TO TOP THE ALTREV AND HAD TO BE STOPPED AT FL180. AT APPROX XA55; ACFT X WAS FLYING NBOUND AT FL180 UNDER THE ALTREV. I HEARD SEALORD CALL ST AUGUSTINE SECTOR WITH A 'WHISKEY ALERT;' MEANING AN ACFT HAD EXITED SOME PORTION OF THE RESERVED AIRSPACE. I OBSERVED AT LEAST 1 LIMITED DATA BLOCK E OF MY SECTOR MOVING WBOUND AT A HIGH RATE OF SPD INDICATING FL182. I INFORMED ACFT X OF THE TFC AND INSTRUCTED THEM TO DSND TO 17000 FT. AS THE TFC CROSSED; I OBSERVED 2 LIMITED DATA BLOCKS SQUAWKING CODES OF ACFT Y AND ACFT Z AT FL182 AND FL187 PASS OVERHEAD OF THE ACFT X. ACFT X RPTED THE TFC IN SIGHT AND THANKED ME FOR THE DSCNT AND TFC CALL. THE SUPVR INFORMED SEALORD OF THE SPILLOUT AND NO FURTHER SPILLOUTS WERE OBSERVED FOR THE REMAINDER OF MY TIME ON POS.
