ACR CAPT REPORTS DEPARTING VIDP USING OUTDATED PROCEDURE FOR THE ALI 1A SID. THE FMC; EFB; AND PAPER CHARTS HAVE NOT BEEN UPDATED.
Narrative
ASSIGNED SID ALI 1 A FROM VIDP. THIS WAS LOADED IN FMS AND EFB AS PUBLISHED. IT WAS FLOWN IN NAV ON AUTOPILOT. AFTER TAKEOFF WE WERE ADVISED BY DEPARTURE CONTROL THAT THE SID WAS REVISED 15 DAYS AGO AND WE WERE FLYING THE OLD SID. WE WERE THEN GIVEN RADAR VECTORS. THE CONTROLLER REPORTED 'NO PROBLEM.' SID CHANGE WAS THE SAME NUMBER AS THE OLD ONE. IT WAS NOT REVISED ON OUR FMS OR EFB (OR THE PAPER CHARTS ALSO). IN THE US IF A SID OR STAR IS CHANGED IT IS RENUMBERED. THE SID CHANGE WAS NOT LISTED ON OUR CHART CHANGE BULLETINS. SID CHANGE WAS LISTED ON PAGE 10 OF 18 PAGES OF NOTAMS FOR VIDP WHICH WE MISSED. WHEN SO MANY NOTAMS ARE GIVEN TO US TO REVIEW; MOST OF WHICH DO NOT APPLY (DIFFERENT DATES OR TIMES ETC); IT IS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT NOT TO MISS SOMETHING AT SOME TIME. THE NOTAM SYSTEM IS OUTDATED AND NOT SPECIFIC TO OUR FLIGHT (DATE; TIME; ITEMS WHICH DO NOT APPLY TO OUR OPERATION).CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE RPTR HAS NOT BEEN BACK TO VIDP AND HAS NOT CHECKED TO SEE IF THE PROCEDURE HAS BEEN UPDATED IN THE ACFT THAT HE FLIES.
