B737-700 FO FAILS TO NOTE CHANGE IN SID TRANSITION ON THE PDC CLRNC. TRACK DEV RESULTS.
Narrative
I RECEIVED THE CLEARANCE VIA PDC FOR THE LEG. THE FLIGHT PLAN FILED BY DISPATCH WAS A NON-STANDARD ROUTE; WHICH I WAS AWARE OF. OUR FLIGHT PLAN SHOWED US FILED ON THE WEVIC1 DTA TRANSITION. UPON RECEIVING THE CLEARANCE; I OVERLOOKED THAT WE WERE NOW CLEARED TO FLY THE WEVIC 1 DEPARTURE; BLD TRANSITION. MY ERROR OCCURRED IN READING THE CLEARANCE VIA PDC; NOT WITH BUILDING THE FLIGHT PLAN ON THE FMC. AS WE WERE FLYING THE WEVIC 1; WE MADE A TURN TOWARDS DTA (FOLLOWING THE TRANSITION WE THOUGHT WE WERE CLEARED). CENTER ASKED US WHERE WE WERE GOING. AFTER A SHORT DISCUSSION ON THE FREQUENCY; WE DISCOVERED THAT WE WERE CLEARED ON THE BLD TRANSITION; NOT THE DTA TRANSITION THAT WE WERE FLYING. WE WERE THEN CLEARED DIRECT TO BLD. A FOLLOW UP PHONE CALL WAS MADE TO CENTER ONCE WE LANDED. WE DISCUSSED THE SITUATION IN DETAIL AND I TOLD HIM MY ERROR WAS IN OVERLOOKING THE CHANGE IN THE CLEARANCE ON THE PDC. HE SAID HE JUST WANTED TO DISCUSS THE SITUATION; AS THERE HAVE BEEN MANY SIMILAR DEVIATIONS IN RECENT MONTHS. HE SAID THERE WAS NOT A LOSS OF SEPARATION. A CLOSER ATTENTION TO DETAIL WHEN RECEIVING A CLEARANCE VIA PDC WOULD PREVENT THIS FROM HAPPENING AGAIN.
