Narrative
THE INCIDENT CONSISTED OF A SOLO TRAINING LESSON TO ZZZ. ON THE FIRST LNDG I PULLED UP TOO MUCH AND CAUSED A BALLOON. I WAS GOING ROUGHLY 75-80 KTS ON TOUCHDOWN. WHEN I PITCHED BACK A BALLOON OCCURRED. THIS COULD HAVE BEEN CAUSED BY STRONG HEADWINDS GIVING EXTRA LIFT AT THE TIME. THE BALLOON OCCURRED AND I GAVE FORWARD PRESSURE ON THE STICK CAUSING THE AIRPLANE TO RETURN TO THE RWY. I BELIEVE WE LANDED ON ALL 3 MAINS CAUSING A BOUNCE EFFECT. THIS BOUNCE EFFECT CONTINUED WHILE I TRIED TO RETURN THE ACFT TO STABILITY. I REALIZED I WASN'T GOING TO STABILIZE IN ORDER TO PERFORM A TOUCH AND GO. I INCREASED PWR AND TOOK OFF WITH FULL FLAPS DOWN (100%). I MAINTAINED GND EFFECT AND GOT THE FLAPS UP AND CLBED BACK TO NORMAL TFC PATTERN ALT. I FINISHED MY LESSON BY PERFORMING ONE MORE LNDG AT ZZZ. THEN I WENT BACK TO ZZZ1 TO PERFORM 3 MORE LNDGS. WHEN I TURNED THE AIRPLANE OFF I NOTICED THE PROP ENDS WERE WORN OFF DUE TO PROP STRIKE. THIS MUST HAVE OCCURRED DURING THE FIRST LNDG DUE TO THE FACT THE OTHER 4 WERE PERFORMED WELL TO PTS STANDARDS. I WILL CONTINUE TO PRACTICE PATTERNS AND LNDGS WITH MY INSTRUCTOR AS WELL AS PERFORM BALLOON CORRECTION PRACTICE. I WAS ADVISED TO LET THE AIRPLANE SETTLE BACK TO THE GND INSTEAD OF PUTTING IN FORWARD PRESSURE OR TRY TO GIVE A TOUCH OF PWR IN ORDER TO INCREASE PROBABILITY OF A SOFTER LNDG. PRACTICE WITH FLARING WILL HELP PREVENT FURTHER DAMAGE AND INCIDENTS.
