ON TKOF ROLL; FO; PNF VERBALIZED ERRONEOUS AIRSPD INDICATIONS. CAPT; PF CONTINUED TKOF WITH GOOD AIRSPD INDICATIONS. AFTER LIFT-OFF; NO AUTOTHRUST ECAM DISPLAYED. COULD NOT REENGAGE. AUTOPLT WOULD NOT ENGAGE. BOTH FLT DIRECTORS INOP. REACTIVE WINDSHEAR AND CONDITIONED TRIM AIR SYS FAULTS DISPLAYED. ALTN LAW: PROT LOST. DECLARED AN EMER. RETURNED TO ZZZ FOR VISUAL APCH. I CONTINUED FLYING BECAUSE OF RELIABLE FLT INSTS. FO CONTACTED OPS; ATC; FLT ATTENDANTS AND PAX. GEAR DOWN; FLAPS 3 DEGS: DIRECT LAW; USE MANUAL PITCH TRIM. EMER EQUIP STANDING BY AS PRECAUTION. TAXIED TO GATE. ACCORDING TO THE LOGBOOK; ADR3 INDICATED 80 KTS AT GATE. ADM MALFUNCTIONED. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE REPORTER STATED THAT THE ONLY KNOWLEDGE HE HAS OF THE REPAIRS REQUIRED TO RETURN THE ACFT TO SERVICE WERE GLEANED FROM THIS ACFT'S LOG BOOK SEVERAL DAYS LATER. NO AIR DATA SWITCHING OCCURRED DURING THE SHORT FLIGHT AND HOW ADR3 MANAGED TO AFFECT THE FO'S AIRSPEED INDICATION IS UNKNOWN.
