AN ACR DISPATCHER REPORTS THAT MEXICAN ARPT NOTAMS HAVE VALID NOTAMS NOT DISPLAYED; AND THE SYSTEM IS GENERALLY UNRELIABLE.

Narrative

MISSING NOTAMS FOR MEXICO AIRPORTS. LUCKILY; NO INCIDENTS HAVE TAKEN PLACE THAT I AM AWARE OF. 2-4 TIMES PER WEEK; THERE IS AT LEAST ONE NOTAM MISSING/REMOVED THAT IS STILL IN EFFECT FOR TAM; GDL; OR SLP. SOME ARE OF LITTLE IMPORTANCE; AN FBO RAMP CLOSED; ETC. HOWEVER; LATELY THERE HAVE BEEN SOME MISSING THAT ARE STILL IN EFFECT; AND SAFETY RELATED. THE ONLY RUNWAY WE USE IS CLOSED TODAY FOR NEARLY 4 HOURS. THOUGH NOT DURING A SCHEDULED ARRIVAL; IT STILL IS POSSIBLE FOR ALTERNATE USE DURING THAT TIME. ANOTHER NOTAM THAT IS IN EFFECT UNTIL NEXT YEAR IS THE LACK OF WEATHER SERVICE AFTER XA00Z EACH DAY. ONCE AGAIN; THIS IS NOT DURING OUR SCHEDULED ARRIVAL TIME; BUT A MAJOR FACTOR FOR ALTERNATE PLANNING AND ACTUALLY LANDING THERE. EACH DAY BEFORE I DISPATCH TO ANY OF THE MEXICO AIRPORTS ON MY DESK; I GO TO THE FAA WEBSITE AND REVIEW THE NOTAMS FOR TAM; GDL; AND SLP. I ALSO REVIEW ANY ALTERNATE AIRPORT NOTAMS THAT I USE. I THEN MANUALLY CORRECT THEM. I DO NOT KNOW WHY THESE ARE REMOVED OR NOT INPUT IN A TIMELY MANNER AFTER TRANSMISSION. THE RESPONSIBLE DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO ADDRESS THIS; AS I DON'T BELIEVE THAT ALL THE DISPATCHERS ARE AWARE OF THIS SHORTCOMING; AND TRUST WHAT THEY SEE IN THE ACR'S COMPUTER SYSTEM.
