Narrative
ATIS WAS BROADCASTING LLWS AND MODERATE TO SEVERE TURB. AFTER LISTENING TO ATIS; I COMMUNICATED WITH GND AND WAS TOLD TO TAXI TO RWY 1R. AFTER RUN-UP; I CALLED THE TWR AND REQUESTED R CLOSED TFC IN THE PATTERN. I WAS CLRED TO TAKE OFF AND PROCEEDED TO STAY IN THE PATTERN; R-HAND TFC. AFTER TKOF; I EXPERIENCED THE TURB AND CLBED TO 1000 FT; PATTERN ALT. TURB CONTINUED AND I PREPARED TO MAKE A LNDG; TURNING R BASE FOR RWY 1R. I TURNED ON FINAL AND THE CTLR TOLD ME CLRED TO LAND ON RWY 1R. THE TURB WAS MUCH WORSE ON FINAL THE CLOSER I GOT TO THE THRESHOLD. I HAD FLAPS AT 10 DEGS MAKING IT MORE DIFFICULT TO MAINTAIN MY POS; SO I DECIDED TO BRING THE FLAPS UP TO EASE THE HANDLING. AT THAT MOMENT THE WINDSHEAR APPARENTLY HIT ME AND THE TURB WAS SEVERE -- MY STALL WARNING WENT ON. I WAS ON THE RWY. I LANDED. I LIFTED OFF THE BLACKTOP AND SAW NO OTHER PLANES PARKED OR MOVING AND I FELT I WAS ON THE RWY TAKING OFF FOR ANOTHER TOUCH-AND-GO. AS I WAS ABOUT 150 FT INTO THE AIR THE CTLR TOLD ME 'ACFT X TURN R; TURN R' AND I WAS QUITE SURPRISED AS I WAS MUCH TOO LOW TO BEGIN MY R XWIND TURN. I ASSUMED THERE WAS SOME EMER SO I COMPLIED WITH HER REQUEST AND UPON REACHING 1000 FT; WHICH IS TPA; I TURNED DOWNWIND. AS I CONTINUED DOWNWIND; THE CTLR TOLD ME TO MAKE A FULL STOP LNDG. I PUT THE GEAR DOWN AT APPROX 1/2 WAY ON THE DOWNWIND LEG AND DID NOT HAVE ANY FLAPS DOWN. AS I ENTERED FINAL; THE CTLR ASKED ME IF I HAD RWY 1R IN SIGHT TWICE. I SAID YES; AND ASKED HER IF SHE SAW ME. SHE DID NOT REPLY. ALL THE CTLR NEEDED TO SAY WAS 'GO AROUND; HEADING FOR A TXWY.' I LANDED WITH TURB; AND SHE INSTRUCTED ME TO TAKE THE NEXT EXIT I COULD; OFF THE RWY; WHICH I DID. THEN A MAN'S VOICE CAME ON THE RADIO AND SAID HE WANTED ME TO CALL THIS NUMBER. I COULD NOT WRITE WHILE I WAS MOVING SO I STOPPED AND WROTE THE NUMBER DOWN. HE THEN ASKED IF I KNEW WHAT I HAD DONE AND I SAID NO; AND HE SAID I HAD LANDED ON THE TXWY; AND I SAID I COULDN'T BELIEVE THAT.
