EMB170 Captain departing CYUL reports receiving NOTAM in French that concerns a nonexistent departure procedure.

Narrative

Looking over the release paperwork for the flight I came across this NOTAM: YUL 03/012 YUL CYUL AMEND CAP 6 KIPAX DEUX DEP DESCRIPTION DESROUTES DEDEPART PISTE 06R NOTE TO READ ANTENNE 257 FT ASL APPRX 0.6 NM N DUSEUIL DE LA PISTE 24. I contacted Dispatch to try to figure out first of all why we had a French NOTAM on the release; and secondly to determine what it meant. The Dispatcher looked into it with FAA and NAV Canada; and sent us an ACARS saying that the CAP6 departure was the French version of the CAP5 departure; and this was just a note amendment to that procedure. However; we could find no CAP5 or CAP6 procedures in our manuals. In order to further ensure that we were in the clear on this NOTAM; we asked a gate agent to translate; and determined that it was an antenna off the departure end of Runway 24L. Since we were departing Runway 28; it was agreed by Dispatch and both members of the flight crew that this NOTAM did not apply to our flight. 1. Do not put non-English NOTAMS on the release. 2. Ensure that all the NOTAMS are applicable to the flight. If there is a CAP5/CAP6 procedure; then why do we not have it in our manuals. If there is a CAP5/Cap6 procedure; but we are not authorized to utilize it and we do not have the charts; then do not display the NOTAM. If there is not; why was there a NOTAM issued to amend a non-existent procedure.
