Synopsis

C182 single pilot approached and landed at a non-towered airport from one direction only to discover on roll out traffic approaching the opposite runway.

Narrative

Event occurred at ELD; a non-towered airport. I was completing my landing roll on Runway 4; which the winds were favoring. Prior to turning off on to the taxiway; I noticed an aircraft on final approach to Runway 22; landing downwind. The other aircraft continued his descent and proceeded to land also. I completed my landing roll and turned off on to the next taxiway prior to the other aircraft reaching my location. I did not have to execute any evasive actions to avoid the other aircraft because I was out of his way. The other aircraft completed its landing roll and turned off on to its next taxiway. After talking to the pilot of the other aircraft; neither one of us was hearing the others radio transmissions on position reporting. The weather conditions were broken with haze. I was watching for other aircraft in the area but didn't see or hear any other aircraft. It wasn't until I was completing my landing roll that I saw the other aircraft on final approach as he continued his decent to land. To my knowledge; the other aircraft did not have to take any evasive actions either. I believe the hazy conditions that afternoon were a contributing factor.
