ON DSCNT INTO MEM WE WERE TALKING ABOUT CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS AND GOT COMPLACENT. WE WERE CLRED FOR RWY 18R ILS APCH AND I LEFT MY RNAV ON VOR AND SO DID S/O. I SET UP 176 DEGS (INBND FOR ILS) AND NAV CAPTURE ON AUTOPLT AND FLT DIRECTOR. AUTOPLT AND FLT DIRECTOR CAPTURED JUST OUTSIDE OM. TWR ADVISED WE WERE LINED UP FOR RWY 18L; CHKED RADIOS AND DISCOVERED ERROR. TURNED RIGHT. SET UP RADIOS FOR RWY 18R ILS AND ABOUT THIS TIME BROKE INTO CLR. APCH AND LNDG WERE UNEVENTFUL FROM THIS POINT. NO AIRSPACE OR ALT VIOLATIONS. VOR 176 DEG R LINES YOU UP PERFECTLY FOR RWY 18L ILS; ALSO VOR. A) NOT OBSERVING STERILE COCKPIT BELOW 10000'. B) NOT CHKING RADIOS. C) EARLY AM AND NOT UP TO PAR. D) COMPLACENCY; BECAUSE WE WERE SO FAMILIAR WITH ARPT. E) ALL THE ABOVE WERE A PART OF THE MAIN PROB IN OUR COMPANY AND IN SOME RESPECTS OF THE AIRLINE INDUSTRY. TURMOIL: 1) MERGER; 3 FOR ME. 2) CONTRACT; MONEY; BUT MAINLY WORKING CONDITIONS. 3) POOR RELATIONSHIPS BTWN MGMNT AND EMPLOYEES. 4) CROWDED AIRSPACE (HUB MANIA). 5) SENIORITY LIST. 6) AND IN ADDITION; FOR ME PERSONALLY; 1) RECENT LOSS OF MY MOTHER AND 2) FINAL STAGES OF BITTER CONTESTED DIVORCE; ETC. WE NEED HELP.
