What happened
During the early stages of flight, an unidentified seaplane experienced a catastrophic loss of control shortly after departing from the water. While the aircraft was in its climbing phase, the nose pitched downward, causing the vessel to strike the surface of the water. The impact was severe enough to cause the airframe to break into two distinct pieces and leave the wreckage inverted.
Emergency responders arrived at the crash site rapidly following the incident. Their efforts allowed for the successful evacuation of four survivors from the wreckage. However, the accident resulted in a total of eleven fatalities, which included seven individuals who could not be rescued, as well as four members of the flight crew.
