Captain reported receiving a RED master warning/gear disagree with the selection of gear handle down and a HYD 3 LO PRESS Caution message. The flight crew returned to landing at destination airport.
Narrative
Operating Aircraft X; ZZZ1 to ZZZ. Upon arrival In ZZZ and configuring for landing we received a RED Master Warning/Gear Disagree with the selection of gear handle down. The nose gear extended in the normal time frame for extension; the main gear remained up/in transit with a gear disagree indication. Shortly after we received a HYD 3 LO PRESS Caution Message. We looked at the HYD synoptic page and noticed all HYD fluid had depleted. We elected to discontinue the approach and executed a go around; ATC vectored us near the airport; did approximately two boxed patterns while we did the QRH procedures. We elected to [request priority handling] and [advise] the cabin due to some of the associated system losses associated with the HYD 3 LO PRESS. After completing the QRH procedures for the associated messages we received a three green gear down and locked indication. Notified ATC we were ready to conduct the approach and made a normal landing on Runway XX at approximately XA30. After landing we came to a stop on the runway and had operations do a survey of the aircraft for any leaks or other discrepancies. Everything looked normal with no indication of a HYD leak. With the loss of HYD 3 we were unable to clear the runway; a tug came out and towed us to the gate. With the loss of hydraulic fluid from system 3 we lost some of the subsystems; inboard brakes; nose wheel steering and gear extension/retraction etc...
