Narrative
I was PF for this leg. (due to a previous RTO my new habit is to do a recall review just before take off to check for any new EICAS msgs that may have been cancelled by the other crewmember) Seeing no messages; we were cleared for takeoff on XXR. We began the takeoff roll; all was normal. I saw a flash of EICAS msg at approx 80-90 kts and then the message became solid. I rejected t/O at approx 100-110 kts due to R Eng Bleed Off EICAS msg. The FO communicated clearly with ATC that we were stopping on the runway. Once it was determined where we were and could exit the runway we did so and taxied clear to a spot where we could call company. Discussed with the company the EICAS msg seen and speed for the reject and we returned to the ramp per company.What I realize now at ground speed zero from the comfort of a chair- not in the heat of battle - is that we were beyond 80 kts and the takeoff should have been continued and the problem worked in the air at a safe altitude. I realize now that my previous low speed RTO for similar EICAS msg (but caused by a different reason) has triggered me to be overly sensitive. And even tho I brief reject criteria for below and above 80 kts. I failed to adhere to the above 80kts up to V1 we will reject only for any fire; engine failure; wind shear; or aircraft unable or unsafe to fly. Lesson learned.
Second reporter narrative
During takeoff roll at approximately 110knots; we had an EICAS message of R Bleed OFF. The captain called and executed the rejected takeoff. We vacated the runway and returned to the blocks.
