Synopsis
B757 Captain reported low hydraulic quantity during cruise. Flight crew referenced QRH and continued to destination.
Narrative
Approx 1.5 hours into the flight we received an EICAS L Low Hydraulic Qty ran QRH checklist and conferred with Maintenance Control and made the decision to continue to ZZZ as we monitored the system. My FO and I went over all the scenarios while Enroute to ZZZ and went over the Total Loss of L Hyd checklist to formulate a plan. We decided to continue normal ops until we had a total loss and planned for flaps 25 landing. While configuring the AC (Aircraft) for landing everything was normal; but very slow. At one point we had a L Engine Hyd Pressure EICAS and ran that checklist too. When we went flaps 25 we received a trailing edge flap EICAS we already talked about this while going over all the scenarios and expected it. I briefed what we would do and that was to go 25 on the rotary to match the handle and then select alt on Leading edge and trailing edge and continue to land. And we also briefed if we had to go around we will do that at flaps 25 and gear down. The Total Loss of Left Hydraulic system never came into play that is why we planned normal operations until they werent. I feel we briefed all the possibilities and scenarios and the outcome was very successful and predictable.
