LGT HAS L MAIN TIRES BLOW ON LNDG ROLLOUT.
Narrative
UPON LNDG ON RWY 28; GDL; MEXICO; ALMOST IMMEDIATELY AFTER NORMAL TOUCHDOWN; I FELT WHAT APPEARED TO BE ONE OF THE L MAIN GEAR TIRES BLOW OUT. A SHORT TIME LATER IT FELT LIKE THE REMAINING L MAIN GEAR TIRE BLEW OUT. THE ACFT BEGAN TO VIBRATE AND VEER SLIGHTLY TO L OF CTRLINE. THE COPLT WAS MAKING THE LNDG AND AT THIS TIME I INFORMED HIM THAT I WAS STEERING THE ACFT VIA THE NOSE GEAR STEERING AND THAT I HAD CTL OF THE ACFT. CTL TRANSITION WENT SMOOTHLY WITH THE ACFT STEERING A TRACK L OF BUT PARALLEL TO RWY CTRLINE. THE ACFT WAS SLOWED AND STEERED OFF THE ACTIVE RWY. GDL GND CTL WAS ADVISED OF THE PROB; GND CREW ASSISTANCE WAS REQUESTED AND A REMINDER TO CHK THE RWY FOR FOREIGN OBJECT DAMAGE WAS ISSUED AND ACKNOWLEDGED. THE ACFT HAD BEEN DISPATCHED ON THIS FLT WITH THE ANTI SKID SYS INOP. DEACTIVATED BY MAINT DUE TO A SUSPECTED PROB IN THE L MAIN GEAR INNER WHEEL ANTI SKID SYS. THE ANTI SKID SYS WAS OFF FOR THIS LNDG AND THE TIRES BLEW BEFORE BRAKE APPLICATION. ALL CREW MEMBERS; PLTS AND FLT ATTENDANTS PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH COMPANY TRAINING AND PROCS. PAX REMAINED CALM AND WERE SUBSEQUENTLY DEPLANED NORMALLY THROUGH AFT STAIRS TO WAITING BUSSES. SUCCESSFUL HANDLING OF THIS SIT BY ALL CREW MEMBERS DUE LARGELY TO INTENSIVE COMPANY TRAINING PROGRAM. HOWEVER; THE ACFT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN DISPATCHED TO A HIGH ALT HOT WX STATION WITH ANTI SKID INOP.
