THE FLC TOOK OFF WITH THE WT AND BAL FUEL 25;000 LBS AND THE GUAGES SHOWING 35;000 LBS.
Narrative
WE WERE IN THE HURRY UP MODE AS WE WERE 15 MINS LATE FOR PUSHBACK. THE WT AND BAL WAS HANDED TO ME AS MAINT WAS REPLACING MY COM RADIO. THE WT AND BAL SHOWED THE FUEL TO BE 25;000 LBS. IT WAS ACTUALLY 35;000 LBS. I VERIFIED THAT THE FUEL WAS CORRECT AS FAR AS WHAT THE FLT PLAN CALLED FOR; VERSUS WHAT WE ACTUALLY HAD ON BOARD. I MISSED THE 10;000 LB ERROR ON THE WT AND BAL; HOWEVER; THE ERROR WAS DISCOVERED IN CRUISE WHEN THE SO WAS PUTTING HIS PAPERWORK TOGETHER. WE VERIFIED OUR PRESENT WT AND LNDG WT. I'M UNSURE ABOUT THE TKOF WT. THE ACFT PERFORMED NORMALLY THROUGH ALL FLT REGIMES. TO CORRECT THIS SIT IN THE FUTURE; I'LL SLOW DOWN WHEN DOING PAPERWORK; WRITE THE ACTUAL FUEL WT ON THE WT AND BAL AND SHOW HOW MANY LBS DIFFERENT THE WT IS. OUR LIMITS MUST SHOW WITHIN 500 LBS ACTUAL FUEL ON BOARD VERSUS WT AND BAL FUEL; I'LL HAVE THE FO REVIEW THE WT AND BAL. (CURRENTLY THIS IS NOT HIS JOB); WORRY LESS ABOUT PUSHBACK TIMES AND MORE ABOUT GETTING EVERYTHING DONE CORRECTLY PRIOR TO PUSHBACK.
