LOGBOOK ENTRY NOT MADE.
Narrative
I LANDED AT MAJURO ARPT AFTER THE LEVER LATCH CIRCUIT BREAKER POPPED IN FLT. THE CIRCUIT BREAKER WAS RESET AND REMAINED IN DURING LNDG AND REMAINED IN WHILE ON THE GND. NO LOGBOOK ENTRY WAS MADE; HOWEVER I SPOKE WITH BOTH MECH ACCOMPANYING THE FLT AND MAINT SUPVR ON THE PHONE. WITH ALL SYS FUNCTIONING NORMALLY; WE WERE GIVEN THE GO AHEAD TO CONTINUE. AFTER TKOF FROM MAJURO; THE SAME CIRCUIT BREAKER POPPED AND WE WERE NOT ABLE TO RAISE THE GEAR WITHOUT THE USE OF THE LEVER RELEASE. AFTER REVIEWING THE FLT MANUAL REGARDING THE ABNORMAL AND CONFERRING WITH THE MAINT/MECH ON BOARD; THE USE OF THE LEVER RELEASE WAS USED TO RAISE THE GEAR. ONCE THE GEAR WAS UP; THE CIRCUIT BREAKER WAS RESET AND REMAINED IN FOR THE DURATION OF THE FLT. AN AIR RETURN WAS REQUIRED TO MEET FUEL DISPATCH REQUIREMENTS. THE APCH AND LNDG WERE NORMAL WITH ALL SYS FUNCTIONING NORMALLY. I AM REQUIRED TO MAKE A LOGBOOK ENTRY FOR ANY AIR-RETURN. THIS I OVERLOOKED. ONCE ON THE GND; BOTH MYSELF AND THE MECH WHO WAS WORKING ON OUR FLT SPOKE WITH A MAINT SUPVR. THE ACFT WAS VERBALLY RELEASED TO CONTINUE. THIS MAY HAVE CONTRIBUTED TO MY OVERSIGHT. ONCE I REALIZED I HAD NOT MADE A REQUIRED ENTRY REGARDING THE AIR-RETURN INTO MAJURO; I SPOKE WITH MY CHIEF PLT. I HAVE BEEN COUNSELLED ON THIS SUBJECT. HE IS PRESENTING A REVIEW OF THIS TO EACH CAPT IN OUR BASE. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 316465: WE WERE LOW ON FUEL; NOT ENOUGH TO MAKE IT TO HNL. FUEL WAS DUMPED TO ACFT LNDG WT. NO LOG ENTRY WAS MADE; CONDITION WAS BACK TO NORMAL. I REFUELED THE ACFT AND DISPATCHED TO HNL.
