ACR X AIRLINE PRACTICES A MOST UNSAFE NOISE ABATEMENT CLBOUT OF DCA WITH ITS B727'S. TODAY THE 'LAWYER' TALKING ON ACR X TO ORD DAMN NEAR HAD ANOTHER DEP RUNUP HIS (BLEEP). MY JOB IS TO PRY THEM APART. TWR CTLR DIDN'T TAKE INTO ACCOUNT ACR X'S (SLOW) PERFORMANCE AND LAUNCHED ANOTHER DEP 'RIGHT UP THIS GUYS (BLEEP). 20 YRS EXPERIENCE HAS SHOWN ME THAT THE QUICKEST AND MOST SUCCINCT WAY TO GET THESE GUYS MOVING IS TO USE THE PHRASE 'CLEAN IT UP AND GO FAST THERE'S TFC DEPARTING RIGHT BEHIND YOU.' SURE THE PHRASEOLOGY ISN'T COVERED BY ANYONE'S MANUAL BUT IT WORKS! THIS DRIVER WANTS TO QUESTION MY PHRASEOLOGY MEANWHILE HE'S ALMOST GETTING RUN OVER FROM BEHIND. WHAT'S TCASII DOING?
