TOTAL 'A' SYS HYD LOSS ON FINAL RWY 27R ATL. FLAPS 15 DEG LNDG FLOWN; ABNORMAL PROCS FOR 'A' SYS LOSS FOLLOWED. EMER DECLARED AND UNEVENTFUL LNDG ACCOMPLISHED. AFTER LNDG; WE CLRED THE RWY AND WERE TOWED TO THE GATE BY A TUG. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE RPTR STATED THE 'A' HYD SYS LOSS WAS CAUSED BY A SOLID PRESSURE LINE FAILURE TO A LEADING EDGE SLAT ACTUATOR. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 402350: TOTAL A SYS HYD LOSS ON FINAL RWY 27R ATL. FLAPS 15 LNDG FLOWN; EMER DECLARED; AND UNEVENTFUL LNDG ACCOMPLISHED. AFTER LNDG; WE CLRED THE RWY AND WERE TOWED TO THE GATE BY A COMPANY TUG. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: RPTR STATED THIS ACFT AND CREW HAD DIVERTED TO MOB EARLIER IN THE DAY WITH THE #2 LEADING EDGE FLAP ACTUATOR LEAKING AND CAUSING THE LOSS OF 'A' HYD PRESSURE AND QTY. THE RPTR SAID THE ACTUATOR WAS REPLACED BY A CONTRACT MECH AND THE ACFT DEPARTED TO ATL. THE RPTR STATED ON APCH TO ATL THE 'A' SYS PRESSURE AND QTY AGAIN DROPPED TO ZERO. THE RPTR SAID THE SAME #2 LEADING EDGE FLAP ACTUATOR PREVIOUSLY REPLACED AT MOB FAILED AGAIN.
