ACFT DEICED TWICE WITHIN 40 MINS. SECOND DEICE DUE TO LATE ARR OF FEEDER ACFT AND CONCERN WITH HOLDOVER TIME. WHEN PACKS TURNED ON; NOTICED SLIGHT ODOR/SMELL OF DEICE FLUID -- BRIEFLY. SLOW TAXI TO RWY 3 DUE TO PACKED SNOW WITH POOR TO FAIR BRAKING ADVISORY ON TXWY. AFTER TKOF; PASSING APPROX 2000 FT AGL; GOT A CARGO FIRE WARNING IN POS #6 -- HAD NO DANGEROUS GOODS AND ONLY 4000+ LBS OF FREIGHT. INITIALLY DECLARED EMER AND REQUESTED VECTORS BACK TO RWY 3. FIRE WARNING WENT OUT. HAD SO CHK (IE; OPENED COCKPIT DOOR) FOR FUMES; SMOKE. NO INDICATION AND NO SECONDARIES. SUSPECTED DEICE FUMES AND FALSE WARNING. CANCELED EMER AND CONTINUED ON TOWARDS INITIAL FIX OF LWT. ACCELERATING THROUGH 270 KTS; #6 LEADING EDGE FLAP SHOWED 'IN TRANSIT.' SLOWED TO 230 KTS; LIGHT WENT OUT. ACCELERATED; LIGHT ON AGAIN AT APPROX 270 KTS. ALSO CONFIRMED ON SO SUB-PANEL (WING ANTI-ICE ON). SLOWED TO APPROX 230 KTS; WENT FLAPS 2 DEGS; LEADING EDGE 'GREEN.' RETRACTED WITH NO FURTHER INDICATIONS. AT FL270; AIRSPD 275 KTS; LEADING EDGE FLAP #6 AGAIN INDICATED IN TRANSIT. SLOWED DOWN. REQUESTED DSCNT TO FL200 AND SLOWED DOWN TO 240 KTS. CLOSED WING ANTI-ICE; LEVELED AT APPROX FL230; ACCELERATED TO 300 KTS. NO FURTHER INDICATIONS. SUSPECT WING ANTI-ICE BLEED PROB. CONTINUED TO MEM AT FL370 AND FL350.
