FLC STARTED TKOF PRIOR TO FLT ATTENDANT BEING SEATED. FLC EXCEEDED 250 KTS IN CLB.

Narrative

IN A RUSH TO TAKE OFF BEFORE A LNDG ACFT; CAPT ACCEPTED CLRNC TO TAKE OFF WITHOUT DELAY BEFORE WE WERE READY. AS I RUSHED TO FINISH UP DELAYED START CHKLIST; I STARTED BEFORE TKOF CHKLIST. WHEN I GOT TO FLT ATTENDANTS NOTIFIED AND ACKNOWLEDGED; I FINALLY LOOKED BACK TO SEE WHAT WAS TAKING SO LONG TO HEAR FROM OUR FLT ATTENDANTS. AT THIS POINT WE WERE XING THE HOLD SHORT LINE AND I TOLD THE CREW; WE WERE NOT READY. THE FA WAS STILL 3/4 OF THE WAY BACK WORKING HER WAY FORWARD. I STILL WORKED ON THE CHKLIST KNOWING THE CAPT WAS GOING TO TAKE OFF. 45 DEGS TO RWY LINE-UP; THE PWR STARTED TO COME UP. I AGAIN SAID THE FLT ATTENDANTS ARE NOT READY; NOW LINED UP AND PWR SET FOR TKOF. 10 FT AWAY FROM HER SEAT; THE FLT ATTENDANT STRUGGLED TO HER SEAT AND GOT THERE BY ABOUT 80 KTS. AGAIN I SAID; FLT ATTENDANTS NOT READY! THE TKOF WAS CONTINUED UNEVENTFULLY. APPARENTLY THE LEAD FLT ATTENDANT WAS IN THE BACK GALLEY CHKING ON PROBS WITH A WATER LEAK OR NO WATER PRESSURE. NOT SURE WHY THE CAPT RUSHED THE TKOF VERSUS WAITING A COUPLE OF MINS FOR A LNDG ACFT; BUT WE PRESSED ON. PASSING THROUGH 10000 FT; I MENTIONED TO THE CAPT THAT THE FLT ATTENDANTS WERE GOING TO BE A LITTLE BIT UPSET. HE DIDN'T SEEM TO UNDERSTAND WHAT HAPPENED UNTIL I EXPLAINED IT ALL TO HIM. HE THEN GOT UPSET WITH HIMSELF AND FORGOT ABOUT A 250 KT RESTR AND FLEW NORMAL SPD AT 280 KTS.
