MAINT RAMP INSPECTION FAA AT RDU. UPON ARR AT RDU AT XB25; FAA INSPECTOR LOGBOOK INSPECTION STATED THAT SHE HAD FOUND 2 DISCREPANCIES WITH THE ACFT LOGBOOK AND THE RELEASE: 1) AIR CONDITIONING PACK BLOWS HOT AIR. IT WAS CARRIED ON THE RELEASE AS OUTSTANDING MAINT (IE; MAINT TO BE DONE); BUT HAD ACTUALLY BEEN SIGNED OFF AS COMPLETED ON THE NTP PAGE. AIR CONDITIONING PACK 1 OPS CHKED GOOD. A) SHE QUESTIONED WHY THE RELEASE DIDN'T MATCH THE NTP (LOGBOOK). (BECAUSE IT HAD BEEN SIGNED OFF) AND B) WHY WASN'T THERE AN MEL PLACARD ON THE #1 PACK? (BUT IT HAD BEEN CLRED BY MAINT AND SIGNED OFF. 2) TCASII INOP. THE TCASII WAS CARRIED ON THE PAPERWORK AS INOP ON THE RELEASE. A) WAS NOT PLACARDED AS INOP WITH AN MEL STICKER. THE INITIAL WRITE-UP IDENTED THE TCASII ON THE FO SIDE INOP. BUT THE CAPT'S TCASII WAS FULLY FUNCTIONAL. THE TCASII WAS MEL'ED BUT THE TCASII OPERATED NORMALLY AND WAS NOT PLACARDED NOR WAS TCASII PWR BREAKER PULLED. WAS NOT SIGNED OFF ON NTP LOGBOOK PAGE AS OPS CHK GOOD. SHE ALSO QUESTIONED THE NUMBERING SYS OF THE NTP PAGE (LOGBOOK) WITH SIGNOFFS NUMBERED OUT OF ORDER.
