A B757 AND DHC6 BOTH OVERSHOT TURN TO FINAL DURING VISUAL APCH TO DEN AND RECEIVE TCASII RA'S.

Narrative

ARRIVING FROM THE NW; WE WERE GIVEN A LATE DSCNT INTO THE DEN AREA. WE CALLED FIELD IN SIGHT AS WE APCHED THE LOC ON A 090 DEG HDG. WE WERE THEN GIVEN CLRNC FOR A VISUAL APCH AND IN THE TURN TO 170 DEGS; WE WENT SLIGHTLY THROUGH THE LOC TO THE E OF CTRLINE. WE WERE CORRECTING SLOWLY BACK TO CTRLINE ON ATC ASSIGNED SPD OF 170 KTS. WE RECEIVED A TA FOR TFC AT OUR 5 O'CLOCK POS AND I ACQUIRED THE TFC VISUALLY. THE HIGH WING TURBOPROP WAS DRIFTING TO OUR 6 O'CLOCK POS ABOUT 500 FT BELOW US. WE RECEIVED A MONITOR VERT SPD WARNING AND COMPLIED WITH GUIDANCE ON ADI. THE WARNING CEASED AND WE CONTINUED THE APCH INTERCEPTING THE CTRLINE ABOUT 1200 FT AGL. THE CAPT NOTIFIED APCH CTL OF THE FIRST RA AND APCH SWITCHED US TO TWR WITHOUT ACKNOWLEDGING OUR RA. WE WENT OVER TO TWR AND THEN RECEIVED A CLB RA ON THE SAME TARGET. WE FOLLOWED GUIDANCE UNTIL WARNING CEASED AND DECIDED THAT SINCE WE WERE TOO HIGH TO CONTINUE AND DID NOT HAVE THE TFC IN SIGHT; SO WE INITIATED A GAR. AFTER BLOCK-IN; THE CAPT CALLED DISPATCH AND DEN APCH. APCH SAID THAT THEY HAVE HAD A LOT OF RA'S WITH THE NEW RWY AND THAT THEY WERE NOT CONCERNED WITH A LOSS OF SEPARATION. APCH ALSO SAID THAT THE CTLR WORKING AT THE TIME WAS NOT AVAILABLE AND SAID THAT THE CTLR HAD TOLD HIM THAT THE TURBOPROP HAD NOT DEVIATED E OF THE RWY 16R CTRLINE. WE RECEIVED THE TA AND THE FIRST RA WHILE E OF THE RWY 16L. CTRLINE AND CORRECTING. WE RECEIVED THE SECOND RA WHILE ON THE RWY 16L CTRLINE. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 600341: DEN APCH GAVE US 30 DEGS INTERCEPT TO INTERCEPT LOC RWY 16R INBOUND. PRIOR TO COURSE COMING ALIVE; RECEIVED VISUAL CLRNC AND ASKED/TOLD TO CONTACT TWR. PF'S HSI DID NOT CAPTURE LOC (CORRECT FREQ AND COURSE WERE SELECTED). SUBSEQUENTLY FLEW THROUGH FINAL AND CORRECTED BACK. HOWEVER; CAUSED CONFLICT WITH ACFT ARR FOR RWY 16L. HAD THIS ACFT IN SIGHT ENTIRE APCH; BUT CAME CLOSE ENOUGH FOR BOTH TCASII SYS TO ALERT FOR RA. RESPONDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH COMPANY PROCS WITH NO FURTHER TCASII ALERTS.
