ON TKOF AT DEN RWY 25; CAPT ADVANCED THROTTLES AFTER CLRED FOR TKOF. AFTER CHKING STABILITY; CAPT PUT THROTTLES AT FLEX DETENT; CHKED RWY ALIGNMENT AND THEN NOTICED THAT FMA'S HAD DISAPPEARED. CAPT XCHKED FO'S AND FOUND HS FMA'S WERE ALSO GONE. THERE WERE NO WARNINGS; ECAM MESSAGES OR AURAL ALERTS. CAPT ASKED FO IF HE SAW ANYTHING AND FO TRIED TO ENGAGE AUTO THROTTLE BUTTON. NO CHANGED IN FMA'S. CAPT TRIED GOING TO TOGA THRUST (IF NO FLEX TEMP ENTERED); BUT NO CHANGE. CAPT THEN ABORTED TKOF AT ABOUT 100 KTS. AUTOBRAKES WORKED AND SLOWED ACFT; THEN WERE DISENGAGED AT 80 KTS. CREW CLRED RWY; NOTIFIED TWR; ASKED FOR ASSISTANCE. WE DID NOT SET PARKING BRAKE. INSTEAD; STARTED APU AND THEN SHUT DOWN ENGS. AIRPLANE HAD TIRES CHANGES AND WAS TOWED BACK TO MAINT. EARLY MORNING FLT. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 611281: A FLAPS 2 DEG; FLEX TKOF WAS PLANNED FOR RWY 25. SPDS WERE 144; 144; 146 KTS. AS THE CAPT ADVANCED PWR TO FLEX TKOF; THE APPROPRIATE FMA'S DID NOT APPEAR ON THE PFD. THE CAPT XCHKED MY PFD TO CONFIRM THERE WERE NO FMA'S ON MY PFD. THE CAPT ADVANCED PWR TO TOGA TO SEE IF THE FMA'S WOULD APPEAR. I NOTICED THERE WAS NO LIGHT ON IN THE AUTOTHROTTLE SWITCH AND ATTEMPTED TO GET THE LIGHT BY PRESSING THE AUTOTHROTTLE SWITCH SEVERAL TIMES. THERE WAS NO CHANGE TO THE FMA DISPLAY. AT THIS POINT; THE CAPT ANNOUNCED HIS INTENTIONS TO REJECT THE TKOF AND MOVED THE PWR LEVERS TO IDLE. THE ANNOUNCEMENT TO REJECT WAS AT ABOUT 100 KTS; WITH TOP SPD REACHING 110 KTS. AT ABOUT 80 KTS; THE CAPT ASKED ME TO DESELECT MAX BRAKES. I MADE A PA ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE PAX TO REMAIN SEATED. WE TAXIED OFF THE RWY; STARTED THE APU; AND SHUT DOWN THE ENGS IN ORDER TO COOL THE BRAKES WITHOUT HAVING TO SET THE PARKING BRAKE. THE ARRIVING EMER VEHICLES INFORMED US THAT ALL THE TIRES WERE FLAT. PAX WERE DEPLANED BY AIR STAIRS AND BUSSED BACK TO THE TERMINAL. WE DEPARTED WITH THE PAX ON ANOTHER ACFT A COUPLE OF HRS LATER. THE HUMAN FACTORS WERE AN EARLY DEP FROM THE WEST COAST THAT MORNING ON THE FIRST LEG OF THE IDENT.
