ALT XING RESTRS MISSED WHEN A CARJ PIC ADMITS TO POSSIBLE ALT VIOLATIONS ON THE APCH TO ILS RWY 25L AT LAX; CA.

Narrative

30 MINS OUT OF LAX; WE HAD A SPOILER FAILURE. THIS IS A PRIMARY FLT CTL AND REQUIRES A REDUCED FLAP SETTING FOR LNDG AS WELL AS REDUCED ROLL CTL. WE DECLARED AN EMER AFTER TALKING WITH COMPANY DISPATCH AND MAINT. WE WERE ON THE CIVET ARR INTO LAX; WHICH USES ILS RWY 25L LOC FOR LATERAL GUIDANCE WITH 4 STEPDOWN FIXES ON THE ARR AND ANOTHER 2 ON THE ILS RWY 25L WITH VERT GS GUIDANCE BEING USED AT THE FAF. THESE STEPDOWN FIXES ARE USED TO GIVE CLRNC FROM 2 VICTOR AIRWAYS PASSING UNDER THE ARR. I KNOW WE MADE ALL THE XING RESTRS ON THE ARR; BUT AM NOT SURE ABOUT THE 2 ON THE ILS ITSELF PRIOR TO GS INTERCEPTION. WE GOT VERY BUSY TALKING WITH COMPANY; BRIEFING FLT ATTENDANT; COMMUNICATING EMER WITH ATC; AND RUNNING APCH CHKS. THESE WERE CONTRIBUTING FACTORS TO NOT BEING SURE OF WHERE WE INTERCEPTED AND TRACKED GS. I SHOULD HAVE ASKED FOR DELAY VECTORS TO ENSURE THAT BRIEFING WAS ADEQUATELY COVERED AND APCH STEPDOWNS NOTED. I BELIEVE I CROSSED ALL FIXES AT APPROPRIATE ALT; BUT I'M FILING THIS NASA RPT TO BE SURE.
