Narrative
WE WERE SITTING AT BRAVO SOUTH WAITING ON A TXWY CLRNC. GND CTL ISSUED A CLRNC; BUT THE CALL SIGN WAS BLOCKED. THE FO SAID BLOCKED. THE GND CTLR REPLIED IN A VERY CONDESCENDING TONE AND SAID; 'COME ON GUYS; IT'S NOT THAT DIFFICULT; LISTEN UP.' HE GAVE THE CLRNC AGAIN; 'ACR X; TAXI BRAVO; ALPHA 7; TANGO; RWY 32L AT TANGO 10; THE RJ WILL GIVE WAY.' THE FO READ BACK THE CLRNC. I HAD A VERY HVY ACFT WITH AN UPHILL GRADE. WHEN I PUSH THE THRUST LEVERS UP; IT TAKES A FEW SECONDS TO START MOVING. ABOUT 4 SECONDS WENT BY AND WE JUST STARTED TO MOVE; WHEN THE CTLR STARTED YELLING AT US TO GET THE ACFT MOVING. I CAN'T RECALL WHAT ALL HE SAID; BUT AGAIN; HE WAS BEING VERY CONDESCENDING; GOING ON AND ON THAT WE WERE NOT MOVING; NOT MOVING FAST ENOUGH; AND BEING EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I TOLD HIM WE WERE MOVING. I WANTED TO HELP OUT SO UNFORTUNATELY I LET MYSELF BE RUSHED WHILE HE WAS STILL RANTING. I TURNED ONTO ALPHA INSTEAD OF BRAVO; TRYING TO COMPLY WITH HIS INSTRUCTIONS TO GET IT MOVING. DUE TO MY RUSHING FROM HIS DISTRACTING REMARKS; I MADE THE MISTAKE OF TURNING ONTO THE WRONG TXWY. THERE WAS NO CONFLICT WITH OTHER TFC; SO AFTER MORE CONDESCENDING REMARKS; HE REVISED THE TAXI CLRNC TO THE RWY. ALPHA; ALPHA 7; TANGO; TANGO 10 RWY 32L. I COULD NOT APPLY TKOF THRUST TO START THE ACFT MOVING. ONLY ABOUT 4 SECONDS HAD PASSED UNTIL WE STARTED TO MOVE. HIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMMENTS CREATED A DISTR IN THE COCKPIT WHICH LED TO THE DEV OF THE INITIAL TAXI CLRNC. IN THE FUTURE; I WON'T ALLOW A CTLR TO PRESSURE ME INTO RUSHING; THEREFORE; CREATING A DISTR AND JEOPARDIZING SAFETY.
